The Scout team is committed to optimising Scout reports to improve data interpretation, utilisation and user experience.

Who can give feedback

Feedback is welcome from all Scout report users.

Users are welcome to share their feedback and suggested improvements about:

  • Scout apps and reports
  • Website content
  • Getting support
  • Resources and training

What happens with the feedback

1. Review and assess impacts

The Scout team will periodically review your feedback and evaluate its impact to understand the scale of the issue or opportunity.

2. Prioritise and co-design solutions

Feedback will be prioritised based on reach, user impact and the feasibility of implementing solutions.

If you expressed interest in participating in additional research or testing, we may reach out to involve you in co-designing and refining solutions.

3. Test and implement

Improvements will be tested with a selected group of users to ensure they are fit for purpose and successfully address the pain point being resolved.
