Overview
Each section of the Executive Summary is outlined in the table below:
Section | Purpose |

1. Filters | Allows user to refine current view. |
2. High-level compliance rates | Provides overall percentage of staff who are fully, partially, and not compliant. |
3. Compliance at division/directorate/functional area/management unit level |
Allows user to drill down from division through to management unit level and view the compliance rates at each level. |
4. Compliance across mandatory training |
Allows user to view compliance rates for core mandatory training modules at a module level. |
5. Compliance of X course at division/directorate/functional area/management unit level |
Allows user to filter to a specific module and view the compliance rates at each level. |
6. Compliance across role-based training |
Allows user to view compliance rates for role-based mandatory training modules at a module level. Given our current inability to identify specific staff for role-based mandatory trainings, % compliance is calculated by dividing completed trainings by total staff count, regardless of obligatory course status. |

Metric Definitions
The proportion of staff members who have yet to complete at least one of the mandatory training certifications.
Section | Purpose |
---|---|
1. Total Employees | The final count of employees following the application of filters. |
2. Certifications Expiring in a Month | The proportion of staff members whose expiration of at least one mandatory training certification is within the upcoming 30 days. |
3. Fully Compliant | The proportion of staff members who have completed all mandatory training certifications. |
4. Partially Compliant | The proportion of staff members who have yet to complete at least one of the mandatory training certifications. |
5. Not Compliant | The proportion of staff members who have yet to complete any of the mandatory training certifications. |
