Benefits
How can I use this report?
This report helps identify any staff approaching excess recreation leave thresholds.
What should I look for?
This report enables you to review recreation leave to ensure employees are not exceeding recreation leave thresholds, and helps you arrange adequate cover for those planning recreation leave.
Using the report
Make a selection
Use the drop-down menu in the top left to select a school. This will generate and display the report.
Selecting a school is necessary for the report to generate meaningful results. Results can be sliced further using the Employee name and Position name.
Note: for all of the slicers, a blank selection will be treated in the same way as selecting all of the options for that slicer. For example, not selecting an employee will display results for all employees at the school.
Indicators
Indicators display the number of employees within the school who accrue recreation leave and the combined total FTE and headcount of all employees in the selected school or network.
Staff headcount by recreation leave balance
This graph will indicate the total recreation leave balance an employee currently has.
Staff headcount by employment level
This graph shows the number of employees against position titles within the school.
Employee details
The table will display the following information: Employee ID, Name, Position Name, School name, Allocated FTE, Rec leave balance (days) and Rec leave balance across all assignments. Here you will find information on each employee within your school.
