The notifications and compliance report provides information about engagement with the regulatory authority for each preschool.

Who is this report designed for?
Principals and school leaders can use this report to explore records held by the regulatory authority.
Directors, Educational Leadership and Executive Directors, School Performance can view all public preschools within their network and school performance directorate.
The Executive Director, Curriculum and Reform; Director, Curriculum Early Years and Primary Learners, and Early Learning team can view all preschools.
Benefits
The Notifications and compliance report will assist schools in self-assessment processes, identifying the areas of greatest need for continuous improvement.
Service notification data is available from 2019 until the current year, supporting trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
What should I look for?
Schools, principal networks, and school performance directorates can use this report to identify specific notification types held in the NQAITS portal for their preschool/s and use this information for trend data analysis, critical reflection, and guidance for continuous improvement initiatives.
Using the report
Use the slicers at the top of the report to select the results you want to be displayed.
De-select all options from all slicers to see all data available for your preschool, preschools in your network and/or school performance directorate.
View the charts
Your selections in the slicers will be automatically applied to all sections of the report. The Notifications submitted to the regulatory authority (RA) report are shown in two views - a table view and a bar graph view.
The Service Notifications chart allows users to view service notifications for each year starting from 2019 until the current year in table form. Current year notification totals are updated monthly.
Selecting division or network slicers reveals corresponding data in the Service Notifications chart and Notifications submitted to the regulatory authority chart.
