We received a number of high-quality project applications and would like to thank all universities who applied for the Collaboration and Innovation Fund.
After the assessment process detailed in the application information, the following projects were selected for funding in round 2:

Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Skills (TIES) and Priority Project grant outcomes
In 2022 the Department created two new grant streams to support the Minister’s aims in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship skills and other identified priorities with NSW universities.

| Developing an integrated education hub for the region. The project will produce an actionable roadmap for ongoing operations and investment to support the region after flood disasters. | |||

| Expanding the Wanago program, which provides students from public, independent, and Catholic schools with the opportunity to attend STEM classes at UTS and in community settings, with a focus on equal gender representation in classes. | |||
