Sponsorship And Collaboration

Interested in partnering with the department? Contact us to find out how you can sponsor a department program or if you have a collaboration idea that can help us achieve our plan for NSW public education.

The Business Engagement team also offers sponsorship and collaboration advice and support for department staff.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs)

We strive to excel and invite the best ideas from everyone in and outside the department.

The department publishes Expressions of Interest to seek sponsorship and support for state-wide school education programs that add significant value to students' learning experiences, and support the plan for NSW public education.

To receive notifications please visit NSW eTendering and register as a supplier. You can then set up notifications for all sponsorship and partnership opportunities in the Education category (contact NSW Procurement Service Centre on 1800 679 289 for assistance if required).

All sponsorships must comply with the Commercial arrangements, sponsorship and donations policy and its associated procedures.

Collaboration

We welcome ideas for collaboration that can help us achieve our plan for NSW public education. Contact us, for example, if you can help provide quality co-curricular activities, or improve access, opportunities and choice across meaningful post-school pathways including university, training and work for all students.

Collaborations are not commercial and do not involve payment for goods or services. The Business Engagement team is unable to respond to requests to supply to the department, or other procurement-related enquiries.

For all enquiries relating to supplying to the department please visit: https://education.nsw.gov.au/about-us/supplying-to-us

Our Programs

The department has a range of programs and events across sports, arts, the environment, curriculum and wellbeing that offer sponsorship opportunities.

Contact us if you would like to invest in public education and support specific programs which also match your objectives, for example, STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and Aboriginal communities, staff wellbeing or programs targeting gifted and talented students.

Regional Conservatorium Grants Program

Registrations of Interest Now Open for the Regional Conservatorium Grants Program (RCGP).

The NSW Department of Education is now accepting Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the upcoming Regional Conservatorium Grants Program. Registrations of Interest are open to regional conservatoriums interested in participating in a complete Tender process for the Regional Conservatorium Grants Program before the start of the 2025/26 – 2027/28 three-year funding period.

The Registration of Interest is not an application for a grant and precedes any open Tender or grant application process. It does not guarantee entry into the Program nor any grant funding as part of the Program. It is the first stage of the application process.

Registrations open on Friday 25 October 2024 and close at 5 pm on Thursday 14 November 2024.

For more information, visit the NSW Conservatorium of Music Education Programs website.
