Add the 2025 calendar to your email app
We have provided a 2025 calendar CSV file that contains the key 2025 school dates. You can add it to calendar apps like Outlook, Google and others.
The ICS file version is available from T4L. They also provide a guide on importing to Outlook.
This is a file that includes dates for:
school development days *
first day of term for students
dates for term start and end
Australian public holidays.
* The department determines these dates but always check with your local school as dates may change.
Please note, we cannot provide technical support for calendars.
To import the calendar into Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Choose 'Import from another program or file' and click Next.
- Select 'Comma Separated Values (CSV)' as the file type and click Next.
- Find the file to import. For duplicate options, choose 'Do not import duplicate items'. Click Next.
- Select the Calendar folder as the import destination. This will usually be in a folder called Calendar.
- To complete the import, click Finish.
If you need help with this process, you can refer to T4L's guide on importing a CSV file.
If you need an ICS file, you can convert the CSV file using online tools or platforms like Google Calendar.
The following method uses Google Calendar.
- Open Google Calendar. Go to Settings > Import & Export.
- Find your CSV file, select it and upload it.
- To export, go back to Settings > Import & Export.
- In the Export section select the Export button.
This will download a zip file to your computer. If you have multiple calendars, you will get separate ICS files for each. You only need to import the calendar you want into Outlook.
