The VET Hospitatlity Hub contains specialised spaces equipped for the teaching and learning of Food Technology and Hospitality subjects. The integrated layout enables the flow between the practical activities and the general learning spaces for theory. The kitchen maximises the use of specialised food technology equipment.
The Canteen Servery Covered Area is a covered outdoor space in front of the Canteen servery doors.
The Kitchen- Preparation Room is dedicated to the preparation of food and storage of materials to be used in the Kitchen. A Servery area is provided.
The Pantry - Semi-Commercial is dedicated to the dry storage of food products.
Indoor Bistro is designated for the serving of pre-prepared food items.
Outdoor Learning Commons may be desirable as an alternate, quieter recreation space and/or Bistro area.
