The Compliance Support Pathway is designed to support services to better understand and apply law and regulations by delivering tailored support and encouraging services to reflect and implement strategies to improve their service.

Services who have previously received several non-compliance notices in Quality Areas 2 and 7 are eligible to express interest to participate in this pathway.

The Compliance Support Pathway offers:

• 10 hours of remote mentoring support
• a soft copy of the compliance workbook
• one live or pre-recorded online workshop
• a face-to-face visit to 75% of participating services.

Eligibility

The Compliance Support Pathway is for ECEC services who have previously received several non-compliance notices in Quality Areas 2 and 7.

There are 3 avenues to participation in the Compliance Support Pathway:

1. Direct referral from the NSW Department of Education. Regulatory data is used to identify services that will benefit the most from the support offered in the program. Once referred a program facilitator from ACECQA will contact services about participating in the pathway.
2. Services may be directed to complete the Compliance Support Pathway as part of their approval conditions. Your service will be asked to contact ACECQA and enrol in the pathway.
3. Services may submit an EOI for the Compliance Support Pathway if they are located in NSW and have previously received several non-compliance notices but have no open issues or actions. To register your interest, please visit the ACECQA website.
