Call the Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) on 1300 338 278 during our business hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday during school terms, and 8am to 4:30pm during school holidays, and choose from the phone menu options as below.

If you are an Assisted School Travel Support Officer and your enquiry relates to the DoE portal (e.g. user credentials, password reset), pay, leave, superannuation and HR system support, please contact EdConnect on 1300 32 32 32 (select option 3, then 2) or log an online query (staff only).

Please follow these basic troubleshooting steps before escalating your issue for further review:

  • use a different web browser
  • clear your web browser's cache and cookies
  • restart your laptop/desktop computer or mobile device.
